Worrisome: She should not have fever from a fall. Soreness would be expected but not a fever. If her fall was triggered by joint pain there may be reason to have her seen now. Test her joints by moving the limb through its normal range. If this triggers a lot of pain & her fever is over 38C, have her seen now. If not monitor as long as this doesn't spook you.
