Unlikely to go out: This is a fairly large sized bladder stone(>1 cm). Stones bigger than the lumen of the urethra(<1 cm) are unlikely to pass down naturally. So it has to be either broken with Lithotripsy or taken out surgically. Consult a Urologist for better advice.

Lithotripsy: is usually treatment for kidney, not bladder, stones. Success rate of medical treatment depends largely upon exact composition of stone. If it requires physical removal, cystoscopic removal can be performed. Ask your urologist for advice specific to your case.
