I am confused: Your question is a bit vague. Kidney stones and eswl do not cause scar in the penis. If you are referring to peyronie's, thi sis not cause by that. Urethral stricture (scarring) is totally different and if you had any instrumentation you are at risk and it may need to be fixed.
