Possibly: Lithotripsy's results depend on the size and location of the stones along the urinary tract. However, equally importantly, you need to be investigated to figure out why you are having recurrent stones, and take appropriate measures like increased water intake (and, possibly other medications) that should reduce your risk of future stones.

Litho: Eswl or ureteroscopy are options. Need a metabolic eval for stones given # of epidodes.
