Post ectopic: clots: An ectopic (tubal) pregnancy can produce an increase in the thickness of the uterine lining, which will produce bleeding , sometimes brisk after the pregnancy is removed, and clots may occur. On rare occasions, another pregnancy may occur in the uterus, so if the bleeding continues, obtain another pregnancy test (serum HCG level).
