i've had two ectopic pregnancies and i was at first spotting now it's a little heavier with blood clots passing when i urinate is that normal?

Not normal: Blood of any type in your urine is not normal. You need to see a doctor for an exam. I hope it's not a bad problem, but it's not nothing.
