Probable infection: You need to tell your current treating OB MD about this issue immediately as it may be a vaginal bacterial infection or worse, silently ruptured membranes with intra-uterine infection which can harm the fetus.

Vaginitis: Vaginal infection, bacterial, is irritating the cervix as well. Let your pregnancy care giver know, as can increase chance of preterm labor/delivery.
