Please just be: Frank with your doctor now. It sounds like you are a 17 year old girl with drug addiction problems. You need to be followed closely as these factors place you in a higher risk category. No games - just put your baby's health first. You need the support of your physician and the system. Time to be honest ; to determine what your priorities are.

It depends: It depends on whether you've previously been reported for smoking marijuana while pregnant. It sounds like you have a significant issue with marijuana and need help with this. Please speak with your obgyn physician about it so s/he can assist you.

Maybe, maybe not: If you are on their radar, cps will notify local hospitals and the state will require testing. Initial urine screening would likely be negative if you are clean. However, meconium testing can remain positive for months after cessation of use. These tests are not run on all babies. Congratulations on stopping, but it is time to stay that way.
