Sounds like BV: This sounds more like bacterial vaginosis. This is an overgrowth of normal vaginal bacterial and leads to an odor. It is treatable with antibiotics. Schedule a visit for confirmation, testing and treatment.

It's not normal: But not unusual. A fishy type odor is likely bacterial vaginosis. It's treatable with an antibiotic called flagyl.

See your OB: Some small discharge can be normal during pregnancy, as can increased mucus. But you write of it having some smell; that can suggest a bacterial or yeast infection. Your OB can test for these things and decide what further treatments are indicated. Good luck with the pregnancy!
