Back and abdominal: pain can come from hundreds of different sources, too numerous to mention here, If it has been going on for a week, it is probably nothing acutely life-threatening. But you really need to see a doctor for this one. It is impossible to say what you might have.

UTI: You may have a kidney infection or stone. I would see a physician and get a definitive diagnosis. Good Luck
