"Ovarian pain": "Puss" is having white blood cells in the urine, and "ovarian pain" can arise from a pelvic infection. "Ovarian cancer" is of minimal likelihood, but if the pain persists, go to your gyn provider for an exam and testing via ultrasound. By the way, white cells in the urine generally mean an infection in the bladder, so antibiotics may be necessary.
