Is this a sign of ovarian cancer or cervical cancer mri shows bilateral ovarian cysts and small follicles also present on right ovary and iliac node?

No: It is hard to say with the information provided, but the MRI finding sounds benign, non-cancerous. Of course the ordering physician and official radiology report are more important than someone that does not know the full story.

3.2x2.8cm complex ovarian cyst didn't show on us but did on MRI 1wk later. Does this mean it grew that fast between the tests? Terrified of cancer!
