Wrist joint: There are arthritic changes in the wrist joint and this pathology is the likely the cause of fluid in the joint you mentioned in a different message.

Was there: an old hand/wrist injury???? eg: a fall with outstretched hand/wrist???? Otherwise...sounds like a lot of "wear and tear" for a very young female... Are you a former tennis player??? Need more info/hope this is helpful Dr Z
