What does this mean from mri report minor radioscarpal & thumb cmc joint degenerative changes & probable tear of the collar scapholunate ligament ?

Was there: an old hand/wrist injury???? eg: a fall with outstretched hand/wrist???? Otherwise...sounds like a lot of "wear and tear" for a very young female... Are you a former tennis player??? Need more info/hope this is helpful Dr Z
