MRI with contrast of brain and neck all normal (3 weeks ago). I have developed a dizzy feeling in the afternoons . Pain is located on left hand side of head (temple, Jax, ear) and now have a fullness feeling arose face(nasal area). Any ideas ?
Would a brain tumor headache make your head sore to touch when pressed? Feel tender spots and intermittent pain in back of head on one side, sometimes goes up to ear and temple. Going on for a year several times a month. Normal neuro exam but no MRI
