Rheumatologist: A rheumatologist is best qualified to evaluate,advise and treat you for painful swelling of hands and feet. I find it difficult to rule out polyarthritis?type. Has a course of anti-inflammatory medication been prescribed? Perhaps a second opinion is warranted.
