I have tingling and numbness in the toes in both feet..especially near and in the big toe no swelling. is this gout? vs pre-diabetes? how to tell?

Not gout: Gout is almost immediately recognized by the very severe pain, redness and swelling. If you have to ask, it isn't gout. Please see your doctor for a proper history and physical. Bring any medications or supplements that you use with you.
