Diet superb? Need D: No matter how great your diet, everybody in the us (except deep south) needs to take d in fall & winter, 5000 iu d3- you can't get enough from diet! the majority of americans are deficient in folate, (folic acid) vit a, e, calcium, mag, & chromium- over 1/3 are low in vit c, zinc & b6. If your diet is extraordinarily healthy you may not need supplements. If your diet is average you have multiple deficiencies!
