Yeast? STD?: Allergy is not a likely cause. The most common cause of vulvar or vaginal area itching or burning is yeast infection. Also, STDs can do this, and can also give urinalysis results similar to UTI. Check back with the doctor who prescribed the UTI treatment -- probably need reexam, and STD testing if at risk, e.g. new partner, partner with other partners, etc.
