UTI symptoms: If you have antibiotics, they should relieve your UTI pain inside of 48 hours. Physicians (p) normally start their patients with uti's on broad spectrum antibiotics (a) that work most of the time and will change them if the bacterium causing your UTI is not sensitive to the a. Ask your p to start you on one. Without an a, your symptoms will not improve. Good luck.
