Burning w/ neg UTI: i have seen this in females with vagintis and you may not have a discharge ( usually just see it on pelvic exam). i usually treat with a cocktail(if not allergic) of flagyl ( not alcohol during treatment ) and zithromax or doxyycline( do not take if pregnant or nursing) f/it with urgent care
