Depends on symptoms: Your options depend upon whether, or not you are experiencing symptoms like bleeding and pain. It also is dependent upon whether you presently have or plan children. Options include, doing nothing and following any growth, focused ultrasound, myomectomy, GnRh agonists for temporary shrinkage pre-op, and finally uterine removal (hysterectomy). Consult with your GYN MD about the above.
