could high anxiety cause low lymphocytes and high neutrophils in cbc? anxiety for 2 months not eating as much as normal. my lymph usually run low but last cbc shows at 8% and neutrophils at 84%. count lymp=0.70 k/ul neutro=7.80 k/ul wbc=9.3 k/ul

Maybe: Stress can and does affect the immune system and will mildly alter WBC as well as blood glucose. Also there is usually some variability from one lab to the next. Outside of other symptoms that might suggest another cause like an infection or blood disorder, it is reasonable to wait a bit and repeat the test - in the meantime try to manage the anxiety

May be your normal: It would help to know the actual values, however, if your blood cell counts are stable, these counts may be your normal.
