I am worried about my cbc results. i noticed over the years my neutrophils count is slowly decreasing. my current blood results show my lymphocytes relative % is 44.7 and neutrophils absolute is 1.93. should i be worried about leukemia?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your neutrophil count is within normal limits and ther is no suggestion of leukemia. Wish you good health!
