Not sure: Your white blood cell count is slightly elevated which can be caused by numerous conditions most likely infection. I wonder if you are referring to a percent of absolute neutrophils of 10 % because an Absolute neutrophil count should be around 1500 so I doubt a count of only 10. Keep the follow-ip with your doctor.
