Wouldn't think so: A CBC is not a valid screening test for cancer. Of all the human cancers, most would have a normal CBC early in the course & many remain so well after discovery. A CBC gives a non-specific snapshot of the existing state of the cells in circulation. It gives more suggestions on acute or chronic infections or blood production.
