I have high lymphocyte % (the # of lymphocytes is normal) and i also have low neutrophil % (with # in range). all other cbc blood work normal. cancer?

Lymphocytosis causes: Indicates chronic inflammation. Do you have any symptoms? Why was the blood work done? Follow up with your doctor.

Wouldn't think so: A CBC is not a valid screening test for cancer. Of all the human cancers, most would have a normal CBC early in the course & many remain so well after discovery. A CBC gives a non-specific snapshot of the existing state of the cells in circulation. It gives more suggestions on acute or chronic infections or blood production.
