How do i know if my eustachian tubes are getting back to normal? sometimes they feel better, then its like they get back bad. its been about two weeks since my ear infection cleared, and theres been popping, and then moments of no popping?

Sounds pretty normal. They often take weeks to months to finally resume normal activity. I wouldn't dwell on the issue. It will or won't clear in time. If you develop a new pattern of ear pain, go for a re-check.
