My 4, almost 5 year old has an ear infection & cough. i gave her zyrtec-5ml at 8 last night and bromfed-2.5ml around 345 this morning. is this ok?

Probably!: the dosing for each medicine is fine, however you don't want to combine both at the same time, in your case there's about 8 hours difference, but the zyrtec stays in the body more than that, she may be sleepy so better don't give any more of either till 8 pm, if needed after that, bromfed would be more helpful, read the labels carefully and don't exceed recommended dosage, wish you both wellness
