Nasal Saline Rinses: Over the counter nasal saline rinses can help to move some of that mucus. If you are making up the saline rinse at home make sure your water is boiled and distilled. Rinsing out your nose will help to move that mucus. If you have increased facial pain, blood in mucus or symptoms not getting better in 2-3 days folllowup with your regular doctor.

Mucus: Hello, to help mobilize your mucus i would recommend drinking extra water, mucinex, (guaifenesin) afrin nasal spray 2x/day for 5 days then irrigate your nose with saline. Use the neilmed solution.
