Probably...: You don't mention the ages of your children and that can affect the decision to give bromfed (brompheniramine). However, as a general answer - there is no contraindication to taking cetirizine and Bromfed (brompheniramine) together if they are taken as prescribed.

Depends: There is no contraindication in receiving the two medications, but be careful that you know what you are treating. Bromfed (brompheniramine) should not be used in children with asthma or if there is a possibility of a lower respiratory tract infection and is not approved in children under the age of 5yrs. When in doubt see their pediatrician for evaluation and recommendations...it's much safer.
