Post workout meal: Depends a bit on your goals and type of exercise you do. Try to avoid fat immediately post workout. Stick with lean protein (chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, lean cuts of beef), veggies, and low glycemic carbs like sweet potatoes. The sooner you eat, the better with respect to recovery.
