No: Aerobic exercise should complement your weight training activities. Most muscle building supplements should not interfere, but there are at least a few specific ones to be careful of. If using creatine, then make sure you are staying well hydrated during aerobic, anaerobic and rest activities. Caffeine, which can have benefits during weight training, should be avoided before aerobic exercise.
