You can help build: Muscle w/protein and burn fat w/exercise. Exercise will also help you to build muscle because we tear muscle fibers apart when exercising and when the grow back together they create more muscle mass. Peace and good health. Please ask another question and clarify why you would like to decrease testosterone.
