I'm 5ft 4in and almost in adulthood. i been disappointed with my height and was thinking of using a leg-lengthening procedure to add some inches. i am a bodybuilder and athlete that does a lot of running and squatting. would this be a problem?

Consider seeing an endocrinologist to make certain you have no more growth left, or if growth hormone injections would benefit you. If not, then find an orthopoedist who also does sports medicine to have an honest discussion of risks and benefits of this surgery.
