Unclear: Alcohol use after a concussion increases the chances of accident and repeat concussion. A "bit of internal bleed" sounds problematic. concern is for neuromodulatory changes and neuroadaptive changes in the young brain more importantly assuming that you where diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury this is associated with increased incidence of alcohol dependence , because you had a bleed this also must be followed with cr etc. Bottom line don't consider it to be safe
