Will drinking alcohol a month after a concussion stop recovery forever? i wasn't knocked out, and remember the events leading up to and after it.

No: Drinking puts you at risk for another concussion which can be extremely dangerous if you have not healed from the first one. Up to two-thirds of people with TBI have a history of alcohol abuse or high-risk drinking.

Concussion.: A concussion only lasts a day or two, so I doubt there’d be any effect in that regard from drinking alcohol one month after.

Be careful: If got ongoing symptoms from concussion may be more susceptible to alcohol's effects so may be very unwise to drink if this is the case.
