Concussion: No hard science here, but i'd hold off for six weeks then no more than a glass or two of wine. If you aren't feeling normal at 6 weeks then i would avoid.

Probably OK: Go slowly, and do not drink to excess, and if you find you are experiencing dizziness, might want to get evaluated. Most likely you will do fine.
