I wa seen in the er. they felt it was bppv. they did a ct of my head to rule out stroke. they also did. a 12 leas ekg that was borderline abnormal when compared to one i had two years ago. it had sinus rhythm with fusion complexes & low voltage qrs

Even if the: interpretation of your EKG is accurate, this would not explain your symptoms of dizziness. What you describe sounds like a computer interpretation of your EKG rather than a trained physician interpretation. You probably have BPPV.
