Sounds right.: If all the testing is normal it probably was a visual migraine. If it recurs frequently you could ask for a referral to a neurologist for evaluation and treatment.

Would tend to agree with your doctor, especially if event lasted about 20 minutes. Pertainent is partial loss of visual field with or without subsequent headache. Would expect subsequent testing to be normal. Recurrence would best be handled by a neurologist/
