Need more info: Do you have chronic sinusitis? or chronic issues with environmental allergy? Sinus pressure can cause long term sensation of headache and/or head congestion. Are there psycho-social issue at work here? Relationship problems? Unusual stress at work? Unlikely that heart palpitation would cause these symptoms but anxiety, stress etc. will. Consider regular light exercise program to decrease stress.

Post Concussion : If you did have a head injury and concussion, it is not uncommon to have symptoms especially headache and fatigue for some months. Check google to see if there is a concussion treatment specialist or center in your area. The best medicine however is time. Hope this helps. Good luck
