Holiday stress: Watch your diet. Sugar and junk food can imbalance blood sugar. Rest as much as possible. Watch alcohol consumption. It is a central nervous system depressant. Keep focus on the reason for holidays. Touch base w/one or two good friends or relatives. Peace and good health.
