Stress reduction: 1 way to reduce stress is 5 minutes of diaphragmatic breathing each day. Make sure your belly is pooching in and out (hands on belly to feel the movement). Make sure you have little or no movement of shoulders or chest. Just belly. 5 minutes must be consecutive minutes, not two sessions of 2.5 minutes each. No guarantee about cysts, but it will help calm you down.
