Examine why you are: Feeling stressed. Are there interpersonal difficulties? Not enough time to complete assignments? Lack of assistance? Responsibilities that you don't feel capable of handing? Don't enjoy your work? Does it feel meaningful to you? I think that you need to figure out what is stressing you ; then develop a plan to address it.
