To Alleviate Stress: Do not feel overwhelmed by Stress. Believe in your strength to deal with Stress. Recall those times when you successfully coped with Stress, and feel the strength. Set the goal of becoming Captain over Stress; NOT VICTIM of Stress. Feel the Blessings of " Breath of Life" every 4 seconds since you were born. Say aloud -Breath is Life! keep repeating it. Do not focus on any other thought.
