A member asked:

I do not have equal contact with my back molars when i eat. it is off by 1 mm on 1 side dentist said. all have crowns. should i correct this? options?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Occlusion: In actuality your teeth should not touch when you have food in our mouth. Your bodies proprioceptive responses prevent actual contact. If back teeth do strike each other you may require an occlusal adjustment. See hour Dentist.
