I went to the dentist got filings on upper molars began to feel headache and pain on right side of head. im depending on tylenol, (acetaminophen) what do i do?

Nerve, occlusion: Large decay tends to have post op reaction if the cavity is too close or already invade into the nerve. In that situation, your dentist sometimes used direct pulp cap in avoidance of the root canal therapy and the added cost to his or her patient (good dentist!) sometimes the nerve reacted and inflamed. This require root canal. Check occlusion since the high filling also cause acute pain.

Call your dentist: Your dentist needs to examine the fillings, make sure the bite is correct, and explain how deep they were. It is not uncommon for teeth to hurt after getting new restorations, especially if they were deep.
