One of my molars started aching while i was flossing yesterday,its not extremely painful but aches when i chew or press on it.cant see any cavity, didnt hit anything either.took med so pain went away but came back while eating,should i visit dentist?

Absolutely. Pain in a tooth most frequently caused by infection, second most frequently by fracture. Pain meds don't cure either of those problems, just dull the pain as the infection spreads to other organ systems. Please be proactive; call your Dentist now.
