Speak with DDS: Should be no problem. Speak to your dentist about any dental concerns.

Very Easy: Since the crowns are "screwed" into the implants, they can easily be "unscrewed" and removed. Simple. Your lab will add additional porcelain to the crowns to make your bite nice and even. Then, the crowns will simply be screwed right back into the implants, just like they were the 1st time. Your dentist will probably have you bite into some "putty" to show the lab your current bite also. Easy!

Routine procedure: The dentist will take a pick up impression, remove the screws and the splinted crowns then send them back to the lab with a new bite registration so the lab can add porcelain to fix the bite. Meanwhile the dentist will either place back your old temporaries or healing caps, should be very straight forward, no worries.

Routine: That's what dentists do on a routine basis. Screw retained dental implant prostheses are designed specifically for that purpose- to aid in easy removal, modification and replacement.
