Abd pain: What did the biopsies show ? Were you H pylori negative? Was there evidence of eosinophilic esophagitis? Would also check out the gallbladder and bile duct structure function with ultrasound( better image) HIDA / MRCP . Looks like pancreas was negative but CT of pelvis or transvaginal ultrasound can view ovaries which can cause abdominal pain Get colonoscopy. f/u /w /MD

5 months upper-mid abd. pain/18 pound weight loss. Upper GI, US, 2 CTs, 1 MRI. UGI found gastritis, HP neg. No help from PPIs. Gallbladder ok. CTs/MRI followed spleen lesions, thought now to be Sarcoid. Could Sarcoid cause other pain? (Lungs ok.)
10 month ago my billirubin was 29, i did the test again after 3 month and it was back to normal 19. Now my test shows it is 35. My doc said is due to gastritis and im on ppi? All blood and liver test shows normal. Should i be worrid? Please help.
