I went for routine pap smear and for the first tine it was really sore. the doctor said my cervic is inflamed. on the screen i also noticed a solid mass. my follow up appointment is tomorrow. can this be cancer?

No way to tell: You should be able to get an answer from your doctor when you see him/her tomorrow. There is no way to tell whether it may be cancerous or not based on the information given.
