I had an abnormal pap smear and i had to go for a biopsy this morning. the doctor saw white spots on my cervix. does this mean i have cancer? im 25

Don't know: I don't know since the biopsy results are not in yet. White spots on the cervix at colposcopy can also be due to non "cancerous CIN( Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia/Dysplasia). Await the results and talk to your MD about them.
